Our research project training program is of novel research projects on latest technologies of Bioinformatics, where we implement latest technology to make you learn in addition to the practical application in the form of these research projects. It can be done Online and Onsite. Online one can work from any part of the world as well as from India. This research project can be done as major project and/or thesis for final year or if someone wants to strengthen their profile so to have better opportunities in their career, i. e, for jobs or for higher studies.
Applications are invited for only 5 seats our 55 novel research project:
  • Structure based drug design of P53 stabilizing drugs: Study of 1, 8- Diamino - 2, 4, 5, 7 - tetrachloroanthraquinone and its derivatives on Oncogenic Y220C Mutant
DURATION: 4 Months- training sessions will be conducted online according to the date and time you choose. The sessions will be conducted as CHAT so that you can use it for reference for later use.

OUTCOME: At the end of the study we would be able to get molecules which would show best binding affinity to the biological target as well as ready to be checked for further PK/PD studies.   • Comprehensive analysis of RNA Sequencing Methods using Immunome Data | A Next Generation Sequencing Data Analysis study

DURATION: 5 Months

This project aims to bring together the knowledge and resources on Next generation Sequencing and allow us to develop and test new hypotheses on the genetic basis of disease; to develop standards in sequencing data processing, storage, submission etc. The analysis of samples from Immunoinformatics, using RNA sequencing will allow the project to set up standards in operating procedures and biological/medical interpretation of sequence data in relation to clinical phenotypes. In the RNA-sequencing work of this project, have genome sequencing data by performing RNA sequencing on Human Immuno data.

  • Phase 1: Blasting into SRA & Quality Analysis of Sequences
  • Phase 2: Process Sequence Reads-Quality trimming read joining
  • Phase 3: Align Sequences (reads)
  • Phase 4: Immunome Data Analysis (aligned sequences)

Participants will

  • Be able to understand the technology behind the sequencing of human genome.
  • Learn how to use immunology data for cancer treatment/research.
  • Learn to retrieve and check the quality of sequences.
  • Learn aligning the target sequence with reference sequence.
  • Learn sequence analysis.
  • Learn data analysis of our result based on different parameters.
  • Learn the overall concept of Next Generation Sequencing Data Analysis.
